Our Approach

When you're working at the top of a business, you become one of a very small group of people. Sometimes, two of this select group just rub each other up the wrong way. At best it makes life difficult, while at worse it can be a business buster.  It's our job to help sort this out so that you can move forward.

We do this by:

  • Helping both of you to resolve the difficult mix of emotion and logic that will be driving the situation into crisis
  • Ensuring that you are both listened to all of the time
  • Using soft skills spliced with a tough approach to personal responsibility

  • Regenerating respect in each at some level for the other as colleagues

  • Developing ways for each of you to behave with each other that enable you to continue working profitably together

  • Working very intensively on the parts of yourselves never normally acknowledged or addressed in business life. You will find your people skills are forever refined and enhanced

We also:

  • React to your needs very quickly and flexibly should the situation flare up

  • Are available for consultation and support If you need it outside ‘normal’ working hours or travelling out of the country

  • See mediation as only one of the ‘tools’ that can be used, as appropriate, rather than the fix, since the heat of interpersonal issues cannot be reduced to rational negotiation alone

  • Use whatever methods are necessary to help get you both to a better place as quickly as feasible
